Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package (12 count) sweet dinner rolls
- 1 pound sliced cooked turkey breast (deli sliced or leftovers)
- 8 slices Swiss cheese or Provolone cheese
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or a little butter.
- Keep the rolls connected and slice the entire slab in half horizontally using a serrated knife. Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
- Layer the sliced turkey evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Place the cheese slices on top of the turkey, overlapping them slightly to cover every inch.
- Spread the cranberry sauce carefully over the cheese layer.
- Place the top half of the rolls back onto the sandwiches.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, poppy seeds, and salt.
- Pour or brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls. Let them sit for about 5 to 10 minutes so the bread absorbs the flavors.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Let the sliders cool for a few minutes, then slice them into individual sandwiches and serve warm.
- Cook Time: under thirty minutes
