Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top of the lobster shell and gently pull the meat out, laying it on top of the shell.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture generously over the lobster meat.
Cooking
- Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and lightly browned.
Serving
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
