  • 2 pieces lobster tails
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top of the lobster shell and gently pull the meat out, laying it on top of the shell.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture generously over the lobster meat.
Cooking
  1. Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and lightly browned.
Serving
  1. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

To ensure moist lobster, do not overcook. You may marinate the lobster in the butter mixture for added flavor. Experiment with seasonings like lemon zest or hot sauce for variations.
