For the Whipped Feta Dip
  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp crushed chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Black pepper to taste
For the Antipasto Wreath
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup marinated mozzarella balls
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup green olives
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber slices
  • Fresh rosemary or basil sprigs (for decoration)
  • Wooden skewers or toothpicks For assembling

Method
 

Preparation of the Dip
  1. Add feta, cream cheese, olive oil, honey, chili flakes, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer the dip to a small serving bowl and drizzle extra honey on top if desired.
Assembling the Wreath
  1. Place the bowl of whipped feta in the center of a large round platter.
  2. Arrange tomatoes, mozzarella balls, olives, roasted peppers, artichokes, and cucumbers around the bowl in a wreath shape.
  3. Tuck rosemary or basil sprigs between ingredients for a festive look.
  4. Secure heavier items with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

Notes

For a creamier dip, blend in a splash of olive oil or sour cream. Feel free to mix and match antipasto elements.
