  • 4 tablespoons butter Melted for basting.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Add extra for a stronger flavor.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the lobsters headfirst into the boiling water and cook for about 8-10 minutes until they turn bright red.
  3. Remove the lobsters and let them cool slightly.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cut the lobsters in half lengthwise and brush the garlic butter mixture over the meat.
  7. Grill or broil the lobsters for 5-7 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
  8. Serve garnished with fresh parsley and additional lemon wedges.

Notes

Leftover lobster can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently to avoid tough meat. Consider variations such as herb-infused butter or lobster pasta for a different twist.
