- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the lobsters headfirst into the boiling water and cook for about 8-10 minutes until they turn bright red.
- Remove the lobsters and let them cool slightly.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the lobsters in half lengthwise and brush the garlic butter mixture over the meat.
- Grill or broil the lobsters for 5-7 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley and additional lemon wedges.
Notes
Leftover lobster can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently to avoid tough meat. Consider variations such as herb-infused butter or lobster pasta for a different twist.
