- Reduce heat and simmer until the pasta is al dente.
- Stir in the heavy cream and cheese, cooking until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, use low heat on the stovetop, adding a splash of milk or water to loosen the sauce.
