  • 4 large tortillas Warm before filling to prevent tearing.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, garlic aioli, and cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Warm the tortillas slightly in a pan or microwave to make them more pliable.
Assembly
  1. Place a generous portion of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, spreading it evenly.
  2. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides as you go.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet.
  2. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
