Preparation
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Whisk in flour and cook for about 1 minute.
- Gradually add milk, whisking to prevent lumps.

- Stir in cheddar cheese, Gruyère cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until melted.
- Fold in the cooked macaroni and langostino lobster.
Baking
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

Notes
