Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional, for sweet crepes)
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Method

Preparation
  1. In a blender or mixing bowl, combine the flour, eggs, milk, water, melted butter, salt, and optional sugar and vanilla. Blend until smooth with no lumps.
  2. Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
Cooking
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the center, swirling the pan immediately to spread the batter evenly.
  3. Cook for 1–2 minutes until the edges lift and the underside is golden. Flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
  4. Transfer cooked crepes to a plate and cover to keep warm while you finish the batch.
Serving
  1. Serve with your favorite sweet or savory fillings. Enjoy!

Notes

Make sure to let the batter rest for smoother texture. Use a non-stick skillet to prevent sticking. Control the heat to avoid burning.
