Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
Mix-ins
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (for chocolate lava cookies)
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos (for cookies and cream milkshake cookies)
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon (for lemon cookies)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Mix-ins
  1. For chocolate lava cookies, fold in chocolate chips.
  2. For cookies and cream milkshake cookies, fold in crushed Oreos.
  3. For lemon cookies, fold in lemon zest and juice.
Baking
  1. Scoop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them out.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  3. Cool on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

Crumbl Cookies are best enjoyed warm. Serve with milk, ice cream, or coffee. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. Freeze individually wrapped cookies for up to three months.
