  • 6 pieces hard boiled eggs Use large eggs for easy peeling.
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise Add more for a creamier filling.
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • Paprika for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the hard boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.

Notes

Serve deviled eggs as they are or on a nice platter. Best served chilled. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
