- Cut the hard boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
Notes
Serve deviled eggs as they are or on a nice platter. Best served chilled. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
