  • 1 fruit ripe dragon fruit Choose one that feels slightly soft to the touch.
  • 1 cup water Can be substituted with coconut water for a tropical flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Optional, adjust to taste or use agave syrup.
  • as needed cubes Ice cubes Optional, for serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the dragon fruit in half and scoop out the flesh using a spoon.
  2. Place the dragon fruit flesh in a blender with water and honey, if using.
  3. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  4. If a smoother texture is desired, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
  5. Serve the juice chilled over ice cubes.

Notes

Store leftover juice in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. It can also be frozen in ice cube trays.
