- Cut the dragon fruit in half and scoop out the flesh using a spoon.
- Place the dragon fruit flesh in a blender with water and honey, if using.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- If a smoother texture is desired, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
- Serve the juice chilled over ice cubes.
Notes
Store leftover juice in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. It can also be frozen in ice cube trays.
