Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shell down the center.
- Gently pull the meat out of the shell and place it on top.
Cooking
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque.
Serving
- Garnish with parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, use fresh lobster tails. Pair with garlic rice or a fresh garden salad. A glass of crisp white wine complements this dish beautifully.
