  • 1 tail Lobster tail Fresh or thawed if frozen
  • 4 tbsp Butter Unsalted butter preferred
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt To taste
  • 1 pinch Pepper To taste
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp Parsley Chopped (optional for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shell down the center.
  3. Gently pull the meat out of the shell and place it on top.
Cooking
  1. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque.
Serving
  1. Garnish with parsley if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use fresh lobster tails. Pair with garlic rice or a fresh garden salad. A glass of crisp white wine complements this dish beautifully.
