Cooking the Beef
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef.
- Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. You'll know it's ready when it has a nice, rich color and an inviting aroma fills your kitchen.
- Add the minced garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes until all the spices are fragrant.
- Remove the beef from heat and set aside.
Making the Sauce
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, crumbled feta cheese, grated cucumber, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Assembling the Wraps
- Warm the flatbreads according to the package instructions.
- Spread the cucumber feta sauce on each flatbread, top with the seasoned beef, and add optional toppings like sliced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and thinly sliced red onions.
- Roll up the wraps tightly, securing all that delicious filling inside, and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers of beef and sauce separately in airtight containers. Beef lasts in the fridge for about 3 days, while the sauce should be consumed within 2 days for peak freshness.
