Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap it in foil, and roast for 30–35 minutes until soft. Let it cool slightly and squeeze out the cloves.
- Blend the roasted garlic, feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and black pepper in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, oregano, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the beef until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks, then remove from heat.
Assembling
- Warm the flatbreads or pita wraps according to package instructions.
- Assemble the wraps by spreading the roasted garlic feta sauce over each wrap, topping with beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- Roll up tightly and serve immediately while warm.
Notes
These wraps are versatile for various occasions. Serve them with tzatziki sauce or a fresh Greek salad. Store unassembled leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat ingredients before assembling to serve them fresh.
