Ingredients
  

For the Beef
  • 1 lb ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For cooking beef.
  • 1 tsp dried oregano Adds flavor.
  • 1 tsp paprika For warmth and color.
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin For depth of flavor.
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder Enhances garlic flavor.
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste Season to personal preference.
For the Roasted Garlic Feta Sauce
  • 1 head garlic Roasted for a sweet flavor.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For roasting garlic.
  • 4 oz feta cheese Gives creaminess and tang.
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt Adds creaminess and enhances flavor.
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice For brightness.
  • Black pepper, to taste Adjust to preference.
For the Wraps
  • 4 large flatbreads or pita wraps Serve warm.
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce Adds crunch.
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes Fresh flavor.
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber Provides crunch.
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion Adds bite.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap it in foil, and roast for 30–35 minutes until soft. Let it cool slightly and squeeze out the cloves.
  2. Blend the roasted garlic, feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and black pepper in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, oregano, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook the beef until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks, then remove from heat.
Assembling
  1. Warm the flatbreads or pita wraps according to package instructions.
  2. Assemble the wraps by spreading the roasted garlic feta sauce over each wrap, topping with beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  3. Roll up tightly and serve immediately while warm.

Notes

These wraps are versatile for various occasions. Serve them with tzatziki sauce or a fresh Greek salad. Store unassembled leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat ingredients before assembling to serve them fresh.
