Ingredients
  

Crepe Batter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
Filling
  • 0.5 cup chocolate filling (e.g., Nutella or chocolate ganache)

Method
 

Preparation of Crepe Batter
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
Cooking Crepes
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
  2. Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
  3. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden, flipping when the edges start to lift.
  4. Remove the crepe and repeat with the remaining batter, keeping cooked crepes warm in a low oven.
Filling and Serving
  1. Once all crepes are cooked, place a spoonful of chocolate filling in the center of each crepe and roll them up gently.
  2. Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes

Serve with fresh fruit, whipped cream, or alongside ice cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days in the refrigerator.
