Preparation of Crepe Batter
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
Cooking Crepes
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden, flipping when the edges start to lift.
- Remove the crepe and repeat with the remaining batter, keeping cooked crepes warm in a low oven.
Filling and Serving
- Once all crepes are cooked, place a spoonful of chocolate filling in the center of each crepe and roll them up gently.
- Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
