Preparation
  1. Clean and rinse the Iraqi lobsters under cold water.
Cooking
  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  2. Add the lobsters to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  3. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the lobsters while they cook for added flavor.
  4. Once fully cooked, garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container; they stay fresh for 2-3 days in the refrigerator. For longer storage, freeze them for up to 3 months.
