  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the lump crabmeat, being careful not to break up the chunks too much.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm with crackers or toasted baguette slices.

Notes

If you have any leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the oven before serving again. For variations, you can add diced jalapeños for a spicy kick or use different cheeses like Monterey Jack for extra flavor.
