Preparation
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread butter-side down in the skillet.
- Layer with cheese and fresh blueberries.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and cheese melts.
- Flip and grill the other side until golden.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Juicy Blueberry Grilled Cheese is best served warm. Pair it with fresh fruit or a light salad, or drizzle some honey or maple syrup on top for a fun twist. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
