  • 2 pieces lobster tails Fresh or frozen, thawed if frozen.
  • 4 tablespoons butter Can substitute with ghee or flavored oil.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • for garnish chopped parsley

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Split the lobster tails lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  2. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the lobster tails, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake the lobster tails for about 15-20 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in the oven.
