- Split the lobster tails lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet.
Cooking
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the lobster tails, then season with salt and pepper.
- Bake the lobster tails for about 15-20 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
