Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and pour the garlic butter sauce over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
