  • 4 tablespoons butter Use unsalted for better control of saltiness
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Freshly minced for best flavor
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Freshly squeezed for maximum flavor
  • to taste salt and pepper Season according to preference
  • as needed fresh parsley for garnish Chopped for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and pour the garlic butter sauce over them.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
