  • 1.5 cups almond flour Use finely ground for best texture.
  • 0.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder Ensure it's gluten-free if needed.
  • 0.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons pepper
Wet Ingredients
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.25 cups melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley For added flavor and color.
  • 0.25 cups grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cheddar cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and melted butter until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in the chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese.
Baking
  1. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, brush with melted garlic butter before serving. Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Freeze for longer storage.
