Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cheddar cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and melted butter until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Fold in the chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese.
Baking
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, brush with melted garlic butter before serving. Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Freeze for longer storage.
