- In a bowl, mix together the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the Kings Hawaiian rolls in half.
Assembly
- Spoon the lobster mixture onto the bottom half of each roll.
- Top with the other half of the roll.
- Garnish with chopped chives or parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
These rolls are best assembled just before serving to maintain freshness. Store lobster mixture in the fridge for up to 2 days and assembled rolls for up to 1 day.
