  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped Use fresh, high-quality lobster for best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise Regular mayonnaise is recommended, but Greek yogurt can be a lighter option.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning Feel free to adjust seasoning based on preference.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Rolls and Garnish
  • 12 pieces Kings Hawaiian sweet rolls Slice in half to fill.
  • Chopped chives or parsley, for garnish Use for presentation.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Slice the Kings Hawaiian rolls in half.
Assembly
  1. Spoon the lobster mixture onto the bottom half of each roll.
  2. Top with the other half of the roll.
  3. Garnish with chopped chives or parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

These rolls are best assembled just before serving to maintain freshness. Store lobster mixture in the fridge for up to 2 days and assembled rolls for up to 1 day.
