Preparation
- Thaw the lobster tails in the refrigerator overnight or for a few hours in cold water.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise and gently pull the meat up.
- Brush the lobster meat with the lemon-garlic butter mixture.
Cooking
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with additional lemon-garlic butter if desired.
Notes
For best results, avoid thawing lobster in hot water and keep an eye on cooking time as it may vary.
