  • 4 pieces frozen lobster tails Thawed before cooking
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Freshly minced
  • 1 piece lemon, juiced Freshly juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste For seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish Chopped, for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Thaw the lobster tails in the refrigerator overnight or for a few hours in cold water.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Slice the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise and gently pull the meat up.
  6. Brush the lobster meat with the lemon-garlic butter mixture.
Cooking
  1. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with additional lemon-garlic butter if desired.

For best results, avoid thawing lobster in hot water and keep an eye on cooking time as it may vary.
