Seafood
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped Make sure it's cooked and cooled.
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded Fresh or canned, well-drained.
Dairy
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Ensure it's fully softened for best texture.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Seasonings
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Garnish and Serving
  • Chopped green onions for garnish Optional
  • Tortilla chips or bread for serving For dipping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped lobster and crab meat, shredded cheddar cheese, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat using a microwave or in the oven until warmed through. You can prepare the dip ahead of time and store it uncooked in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
