- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes until well combined.
- Remove from heat and mix in diced cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, and chopped parsley.
- Spoon the beef mixture into lettuce leaves and top with crumbled feta cheese.
- Serve immediately as wraps.
Notes
These wraps can be served as a main dish for dinner or as an appetizer. Pair them with tzatziki sauce or a Greek salad. Use different greens if you don't have butter lettuce.
