  • 150 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 150 g halloumi, sliced
  • 150 g goat cheese or cream cheese
  • 1 cup hummus (store-bought or homemade) Homemade is preferred for better flavor.
  • ½ cup tzatziki
Vegetables and Accompaniments
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup roasted eggplant or zucchini
  • ½ cup olives (Kalamata or green)
  • 1 package pita bread, cut into triangles
  • 1 package mixed crackers or flatbreads
Garnishes
  • 1 bunch fresh herbs (parsley, mint, or dill)
  • to taste drizzle of olive oil or hot honey
  • to taste toasted nuts (walnuts, pistachios, or almonds)

Method
 

Assembly
  1. Arrange the cheeses, hummus, and tzatziki on a large serving board or platter.
  2. Surround the dips with fresh vegetables, roasted vegetables, olives, and crackers or pita slices.
  3. Garnish the entire spread with fresh herbs, drizzle with olive oil or hot honey, and sprinkle toasted nuts over the cheeses.
  4. Serve as an appetizer or for a tapas-style gathering. Encourage guests to mix and match flavors from the board.
