Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the pita wedges on a baking tray and warm them for about 5 minutes.
- While the pita is warming, spoon the hummus and tzatziki sauce into small serving bowls.
Assembly
- Arrange the roasted red peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, crumbled feta, cucumber slices, and cherry tomatoes beautifully around the dips.
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the entire platter and sprinkle with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
Serving
- Serve immediately alongside the warm pita wedges.
Notes
Store leftover components separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator. Pita can be reheated to regain crispness. This platter can be made vegan by omitting feta cheese.
