- Add the vanilla whey protein powder, rolled oats, and chia seeds to the wet mixture. Stir well to distribute evenly.
Optional Chocolate Chips
- If desired, fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Form Bites
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, portion out the mixture into 12 equal bites on a lined baking sheet. Press gently to compact them.
Freeze
- Place the tray in the freezer until the bites are firm, about 60 minutes.
Store
- Transfer the frozen bites into a freezer-safe container or zip-top bag. Keep them frozen until ready to enjoy.
Notes
They can last up to three months in the freezer. Customize with various add-ins like nuts, seeds, or dried fruits.
