Ingredients
  

Bite Mixture
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter Use natural peanut butter without added sugars or hydrogenated oils.
  • ½ cup vanilla whey protein powder Approximately 50g.
  • cup rolled oats Approximately 30g.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust based on taste preference.
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds Approximately 12g.
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips Optional, for extra sweetness.

Method
 

Mix Wet Ingredients
  1. In a large bowl, combine the natural peanut butter and honey or maple syrup. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Add Protein Powder and Dry Ingredients
  1. Add the vanilla whey protein powder, rolled oats, and chia seeds to the wet mixture. Stir well to distribute evenly.
Optional Chocolate Chips
  1. If desired, fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Form Bites
  1. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, portion out the mixture into 12 equal bites on a lined baking sheet. Press gently to compact them.
Freeze
  1. Place the tray in the freezer until the bites are firm, about 60 minutes.
Store
  1. Transfer the frozen bites into a freezer-safe container or zip-top bag. Keep them frozen until ready to enjoy.

Notes

They can last up to three months in the freezer. Customize with various add-ins like nuts, seeds, or dried fruits.
