- Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp into a blender.
- Add water to the blender (adjust to your taste).
- Blend until well combined.
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove the seeds, if desired.
- Add sugar to taste, if using, and stir until dissolved.
- Serve chilled over ice.
Notes
If you have leftover juice, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze in ice cube trays for longer storage. Chilling the juice enhances the flavor.
