Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces Passion fruits Choose ripe fruits that are wrinkled and slightly heavy.
  • 2 cups Water Adjust to taste; coconut water or sparkling water can be used for richer flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar Optional, add to taste.
  • Ice cubes Ice Optional.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp into a blender.
  2. Add water to the blender (adjust to your taste).
  3. Blend until well combined.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove the seeds, if desired.
  5. Add sugar to taste, if using, and stir until dissolved.
  6. Serve chilled over ice.

Notes

If you have leftover juice, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze in ice cube trays for longer storage. Chilling the juice enhances the flavor.
