  • 1 pound langostino lobster Fresh or properly frozen
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Can be swapped for unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced For sautéing
  • 1 whole lemon, juiced For seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped Adds color and freshness

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the langostino lobster to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
  4. Squeeze lemon juice over the lobster, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Serve hot with a wedge of lemon, crusty bread, or over zucchini noodles. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat on low heat in a skillet for best texture.
