- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the langostino lobster to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the lobster, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Serve hot with a wedge of lemon, crusty bread, or over zucchini noodles. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat on low heat in a skillet for best texture.
