Ingredients
  

For the pizza
  • 2 pieces naan bread
  • 1/2 cup marinara or pesto sauce Choose your preferred sauce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Use ripe tomatoes for better flavor
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella, sliced or torn High-quality mozzarella recommended
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For drizzling before serving
  • Fresh basil leaves, to taste
  • 1 pinch Salt & black pepper To taste
  • Balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the naan on it.
  2. Spoon the marinara or pesto sauce evenly over each naan, ensuring a nice even coating.
Toppings
  1. Top each naan generously with fresh mozzarella slices and halved cherry tomatoes.
  2. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 8–10 minutes. The cheese should be bubbly and the edges of the naan should turn golden brown.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and add fresh basil leaves on top. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  2. Slice the naan pizza and serve warm.

Notes

Consider experiment with different cheeses or add herbs for enhanced flavor. Store leftovers for up to 3 days in the refrigerator, wrapped properly.
