Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the halved figs on a baking tray. Drizzle with honey, olive oil, thyme, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Roast for 10–12 minutes until soft, caramelized, and lightly bubbling.
Assembly
- Place the Brie wheel in the center of a serving board. Optionally, warm it in the oven for about 5 minutes for a melty texture.
- Arrange hummus, tzatziki, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, nuts, and bread around the Brie.
- Add the roasted figs on top of the Brie or around the board for a pop of color.
- Drizzle extra honey over the Brie and figs, then finish with cracked pepper and sea salt flakes.
Notes
Presentation matters: Use a large wooden or marble board for serving. Encourage guests to mix and match flavors for an interactive experience.
