  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the turkey wings to the bowl and coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the seasoned turkey wings in a baking dish and pour the chicken broth around them.
  5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and the meat is tender.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Make sure to coat the turkey wings thoroughly with the seasoning mixture for maximum flavor. If you like it spicy, add some cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix.
