  • 2 pieces lobster tails Fresh or thawed if frozen
  • 3 tablespoons butter Melted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced For flavor
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika For color and taste

  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning
  • to garnish Fresh parsley Chopped, for presentation

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise, then pull the meat out slightly, keeping it attached at the base.
Cooking
  1. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush the butter mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with sides that compliment the rich flavor, such as steamed asparagus or garlic buttered rice. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
