Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise, then pull the meat out slightly, keeping it attached at the base.
Cooking
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush the butter mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve with sides that compliment the rich flavor, such as steamed asparagus or garlic buttered rice. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
