  • 6 large large eggs Best to use fresh eggs for easier peeling.
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise Add more for a creamier filling.
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce Adjust according to spice preference.
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • to taste Salt
  • Fresh to garnish chives Chopped for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Hard boil the eggs in a pot of water for about 10-12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in cold water, then peel them.
  3. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  4. In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt.
  5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh chives.

Notes

Serve the deviled eggs on a nice platter, optionally pairing them with crunchy veggie sticks or your favorite dipping sauces. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. For best results, prepare them the day before serving.
