Preparation
- Hard boil the eggs in a pot of water for about 10-12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in cold water, then peel them.
- Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with chopped fresh chives.
Notes
Serve the deviled eggs on a nice platter, optionally pairing them with crunchy veggie sticks or your favorite dipping sauces. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. For best results, prepare them the day before serving.
