  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh mango chunks
  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, mango, yogurt, milk, and honey.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. If desired, add ice cubes and blend until the mixture is chilled and your desired consistency is achieved.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Use ripe fruit for the best flavor. For added nutrition, toss in a handful of spinach or kale.
