Vegetables and Accompaniments
  • ½ cup marinated olives
  • ½ cup roasted red peppers
  • ½ cup artichoke hearts, roasted or marinated
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup assorted cured meats (optional)
  • ½ cup toasted nuts (almonds, pistachios, or walnuts)

  • for serving Baguette or crackers
Optional Enhancements
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut off the top of the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap it in foil, and roast for 20–25 minutes until soft and golden.
  2. Take your burrata and place it on a small serving plate. Squeeze the roasted garlic over the burrata, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Assembly
  1. Arrange the burrata in the center of a large serving board, and surround it with marinated olives, roasted red peppers, artichokes, halved cherry tomatoes, assorted cured meats, and your choice of toasted nuts.
  2. Garnish the board with fresh basil or parsley.
  3. For an extra touch, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze before serving.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with slices of baguette or an assortment of crackers.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 1–2 days. Roasted garlic may continue to infuse flavors, making the dish even livelier. Avoid freezing, as it can alter the texture and quality of the burrata. Presentation matters; arrange items in groups by color for a beautiful layout.
