  • 2 pieces live lobsters Fresh and lively lobsters
  • Water Water Enough to cover lobsters
  • 1 tablespoon Salt To mimic seawater
For Serving
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Melted, for serving
  • 2 pieces Lemon wedges For serving

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the live lobsters to the boiling water.
  3. Cover the pot and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the lobsters turn bright red.
  4. Remove the lobsters from the pot and place them in a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking process.
  5. Serve hot with melted butter and lemon wedges.

Notes

Start with fresh lobsters, avoid overcrowding the pot, and ensure a bowl of cold water is ready to stop the cooking process. Leftover lobster can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
