  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup flour

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 6 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 TBSP butter (softened)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 Oreo Cookies (for topping)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Use parchment paper or a silpat mat to line a baking sheet.

  4. Add the butter, egg, and vanilla and mix in a stand mixer (or using a hand mixer) until completely combined.

  11. Crush the additional 3 Oreo cookies and sprinkle the crumbs on top of each frosted cookie.
  12. Enjoy! Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
